As you might think, In the shadow of Dysthymia didn't get the idea of the pandemic and covid, but it helped me to start out this project. This zine is a collection of different emotions what I have felt or am still feeling because of my depression. It also is small collection of different things that people have told me my life, before I was able to get myself help with it. While making this, I thought it could also give a little bit of help or short of comfort for those who still are struggling with their depressions. There is always a way out from the shadow, even if it is a long path to make.
